Bongo Bongo, Chocolate Hole North

Bongo Bongo is one of the grandest two bedroom homes ever constructed on St. John. Its classic, open air design includes a 75 foot long covered veranda stretching the entire length of the villa. A 40 foot long, crescent-shaped concrete pool is the villa’s focal point.

Massive concrete gutters were crafted using hand made forms. Aluminum railings, acid stained concrete pool decks and extensive native stone planters complete this villa’s stunning look.

Coco de Mer, Peter Bay Estates

Coco de Mer is a five bedroom, Tuscan-styled mansion completed in 2004 in St. John's exclusive Peter Bay Estates. The villa consists of three separate building pods, all oriented to take full advantage of the beautiful North Shore views and cooling trade winds.

This project included extensive use of tropical hardwood doors, windows and trim, custom cabinety and tile throughout and high-end appliances in the kitchen. Its Peter Bay location puts Coco de Mer in good company, with some of the finest island properties on St. John.

Rapture, Virgin Grand Estates

Rapture, completed in early 2005, is a four bedroom hillside villa in St. John's newest upscale community, Virgin Grand Estates.

This imposing four bedroom villa was designed to take full advantage of its views of Great Cruz Bay and Pillsbury Sound. Large, open interior spaces are complimented by expansive outdoor entertaining areas.

C'est Bleu, Virgin Grand Estates

C'est Bleu, completed in 2004, is a brilliantly executed design that maximizes a small building site. This five bedroom villa is spread throughout three seperate buildings, with extensive landscaping and lawns that create the sense of a large estate.

C'est Bleu incorprates top-of-the-line finishes throughout its public and private spaces, and innovative design elements to take advantage of the property's outside spaces.

Schurter House, Coral Bay

The Schurter House is a Tuscan-styled villa with tiled roofs and a central, tiled courtyard. Developed as two separate structures, the home incorporates extensive native stone work in walls and arches.
